When
you think of Orlando, the first place you think of is
Disney. But there is so much more to Orlando and Central
Florida than just Walt Disney World. There are so many
things to do while you’re here you may not have enough time
to do everything. The parks that are the most commonly
visited are
Universal Studios, Sea World, and
Busch Gardens. But if
you’re looking for something that’s off the beaten path,
there are lots of options.
One
place that can really be a blast is the Magical Midway.
Magical Midway has 3 different go kart tracks, bumper cars,
and a tower that will launch you into the sky. They also
have swings and a slingshot that will launch you into the
air at 100 mph!
Old
Town also has the sling shot but they have many other
attractions like the Sky Coaster. You and two other
people are lifted up to 300 feet. Then you are sent into a
freefall to the ground. But right before you plummet to the
solid ground below you swing back up into the air! You can
also visit Old Town on a Saturday night and see the car show
that is held there.
The
Fun Spot is also a great location to have fun. Here you
can ride the Ferris wheel and experience a 3 level go kart
track.
If you
are coming to Orlando and you’re looking for some high
powered club dancing, City Walk is definitely the
spot to be on any night! Located in-between Universal
Studios and Islands of Adventure, this hotspot is
blazin’ each and every night.
Maybe
you want to just relax and enjoy rustic Florida for all its
worth. If this is what you’re looking for than you need to
spend some time at the Jungle Adventure. The Jungle
Adventure is located in the soggy swamps of Christmas, FL.
The
next place on our tour around Florida is Silver Springs.
This is the Florida’s only natural theme park. Here you can
find great wonders that have been here since the beginning
of time! See the life underneath the surface on one of there
glass bottom boats. There is so much to do in Florida and it
will take weeks to do it all.
If
seeing Florida from the ground is not enough than take a
balloon ride! The best place to get great views and a
soaring experience is the Orange Blossom Balloons.
The staff is safe and friendly and the price is right.
Scared
of heights? There are plenty of things to do from the safety
of the ground. Such as the Florida Aquarium located
in the heart of downtown Tampa, FL. Here you can discover
ecosystems that you never knew existed. Let the beauty of
this underwater world come to life as you meander through
the different types section of the Aquarium. This is a
breath taking experience for first timers and an educational
excursion for return visitors.
Are you
Hungry for more action? Then maybe a dinner show would suit
you best. There is a massive selection of dinner shows in
the Orlando area. Some of the best are Arabian Nights,
Medieval Times, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede,
and the Pirate's Dinner Adventure.
If it’s
a good show you are looking for than
Cirque du Soleil: La
Nouba is the best show to see. This is a French high
flying circus that will captivate every living soul in the
theater. To get the best out of your La Nouba experience,
you need to book in advance to get the best seats.
Not
only is there an array of activities in Florida, but the
weather is nice to. Maybe you don’t like theme parks; maybe
you just want to soak up some well needed sun. Maybe you
want to reef dive in the Keys. Maybe you want to learn about
our exploration of space. All of this can be done within the
borders of Florida! It’s not just a vacation it’s an
adventure! |
